About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Shift Manager to address staff difficulties and ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate activities between departments and work closely with other Floor Supervisors
- Handle VIP player special requests and provide guidance to customers and Studio staff
- Manage opening and closing of tables according to rotation schedules
- Maintain communication with Studio Management and report daily KPI metrics
- Conduct training and mentoring for new dealers in the Private Blackjack studio
- Create and adjust daily staff shift rotations
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and internal regulations to maintain a secure environment
- Monitor operational quality, equipment, and studio decor
- Assist the Shift Manager in solving studio incidents and meeting operational targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the gambling industry or online customer support
- Proven track record in a supervisory role within a high-volume gaming or casino environment
- Exceptional fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Remote Desktop, Teams, and VNC
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Mandatory experience in customer support and product development/testing
- Thorough understanding of gaming procedures, regulations, and compliance standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
