About the role
Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with a personal base of premium users
- Handle daily requests, complex cases and users planning to leave the product
- Manage communication via email, online chat and calls
- Work with AI and automation tools to focus on communication and solutions
- Relay user insights to the product team to improve user experience
Requirements
- English B2 or higher, written and spoken
- 2+ years in support, account management, sales or customer success
- Experience with premium or VIP customer segments preferred
- Clear, persuasive written communication
- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- Available for evening shifts, 5/2 schedule, 16:00-00:00
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Western markets (US, Canada, Europe)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
