Job description

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on job boards and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Manage recruitment dashboards and candidate tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding materials and compliance paperwork
  • Monitor attendance, PTO requests, and shift adherence
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
  • Support payroll processing and basic benefits administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with near-native English accent preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including Monday–Sunday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics or delivery operations
  • Knowledge of ADP, FlexApp, Fountain, or Smart Recruiter
