About the role
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job boards and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage recruitment dashboards and candidate tracking
- Coordinate onboarding materials and compliance paperwork
- Monitor attendance, PTO requests, and shift adherence
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
- Support payroll processing and basic benefits administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or operations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with near-native English accent preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Availability for a flexible schedule including Monday–Sunday
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or delivery operations
- Knowledge of ADP, FlexApp, Fountain, or Smart Recruiter
