About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS
- Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Assist with order tracking, account updates, and general support requests
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling activities
- Assist with dispatch-related tasks, including scheduling service appointments and coordinating with field teams
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in remote customer support
- Experience with phone-based support
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience in dispatch, appointment scheduling, or service coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail
Benefits

- Starting salary of USD $1,200/month, increasing to USD $1,500/month after 90 days based on performance
