Virtual Leasing Concierge

Responsibilities

• Cultivate leases by working leads in LMS via phone, email, text and direct messages
• Complete all assigned trainings within provided time frames
• Maintain lead-to-prospect ratio above 75%
• Respond to 45% of email leads within 1 hour of receipt
• Process leasing applications within 24 hours of receipt
• Maintain resident files and assist with weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain shopping report score above 90%

Requirements

• Minimum one year multifamily leasing experience
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Quiet, distraction-free remote workspace
• Ethernet connection with minimum 5 Mbps upload/download

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years affordable housing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual abilities (written and verbal) based on regional needs
