Virtual/Fractional CFO

Responsibilities

• Mentor and direct the work of FP&A Managers and Sr. Financial Analysts
• Oversee overall fiscal operations and direct dedicated accounting teams
• Supervise client engagements and internal finance teams
• Develop short-range and long-range financial plans to maximize profitability
• Provide ongoing financial analysis and modeling for key business decisions
• Present operating results to boards of directors and senior management
• Support clients with investor capital raises and bank debt negotiations
• Prepare for and support buy-side and sell-side due diligence
• Assist with systems implementations and custom software solutions

Requirements

• 12+ years in a financial role
• 8+ years as a finance leader
• Strong understanding of equity and debt financing
• Familiarity with managing startup equity cap tables
• Proven track record in financial modeling and tracking
• Experience leading financial budgeting and planning processes
• Ability to oversee corporate accounting functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
