About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end digital enablement plans for business expansion and strategic partnership initiatives
- Lead journey mapping, gap assessment and impact analysis across digital capabilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple digital squads and technology teams
- Monitor milestones and drive resolution of risks, blockers and cross-squad dependencies
- Establish governance cadence covering scope, decisions, dependencies and readiness
- Capture lessons learned and strengthen the repeatable digital enablement framework
- Identify reuse opportunities across journeys, services, APIs, SDKs and platform components
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in digital product ownership, digital banking, fintech or digital transformation
- Experience delivering end-to-end digital journeys or platform capabilities
- Experience coordinating integrations, APIs, SDKs, shared platforms and control functions
- Strong digital product ownership and delivery capability
- Strong dependency, risk, issue and release management
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and written communication

- Experience working across multiple markets or regulatory environments
