VP, Business Performance

Responsibilities

• Translate Global Private Banking strategy into annual business plans, scorecards, KPIs and targets
• Lead monthly and quarterly business performance reviews with clear ownership of actions and risks
• Provide senior management with forward-looking insights on revenue, assets, liabilities and productivity
• Own design and publication of executive dashboards and management information
• Identify performance gaps and convert analysis into interventions for segments, teams and products
• Establish productivity benchmarks and monitor sales effectiveness and pipeline conversion
• Lead cross-functional performance initiatives with Product, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology
• Ensure activities comply with policies, risk standards, controls and governance

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in banking, performance, strategy, finance or sales management
• Understanding of Private Banking or Wealth Management business models
• Experience in performance governance, planning, forecasting and executive reporting
• Strong commercial acumen and interpretation of financial and non-financial indicators
• Proven leadership, influencing and relationship-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant professional qualification
