About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated internal and external communications strategies aligned with enterprise priorities
- Advise executives and business leaders on messaging, stakeholder engagement and reputation management
- Develop enterprise messaging frameworks, narratives and communication plans
- Oversee media relations, public relations, corporate announcements and spokesperson support
- Lead employee communications programs, campaigns and events
- Govern communication channels, editorial calendars and communication standards
- Create executive communications, including presentations, town halls and talking points
- Lead communications for organizational change, transformation and crises
- Monitor communication effectiveness and use audience data to improve programs
- Travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight and out of state
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically 12+ years of experience
- Enterprise communication policy scope across corporate communications functions

- Master's degree
