About the role
Responsibilities
- Align with Digitilization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit
- Plan roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, and resources
- Partner with business teams to promote digitization agendas such as PL digitization
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Drive AI initiatives to support portfolio analytics, highlighting risks and growth opportunities
- Work with risk teams to develop advanced AI-driven models for lending
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services
- Hands-on experience developing digitization and AI projects
- Strong understanding of AI, digitization technologies, data science, and business process transformation
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience mentoring and developing team members
