About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed credit assessments and prepare credit appraisal memos for property financing in the UAE
- Manage an allocated portfolio by monitoring delinquencies, early warnings, and covenant adherence
- Review and analyze audited financial statements, bank statements, and rental roll reports
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial ratios including profitability, solvency, and cash flow
- Review valuation reports of underlying properties in the context of market conditions
- Guide and train a small team of credit analysts for underwriting
- Collaborate with senior business counterparts to structure facilities for High Networth clients
- Ensure compliance with bank credit underwriting policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform portfolio management activities including stress testing and past-due monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or Commerce
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Credit or related banking sectors
- In-depth understanding of regulatory and internal bank policies
- Strong analytical and financial writing skills
