VP – Customer Experience and Conduct Audit

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide resolutions to risks, including measuring and quantifying risks and recommending methodology changes.
• Maintain enterprise-wide awareness of risk culture across the organization.
• Assess business risks and controls within the digital domain to improve risk management practices.
• Lead, plan, and execute comprehensive and complex audit engagements to provide reasonable assurance.
• Provide enhanced focus on Customer Experience through dedicated or thematic audit engagements.
• Promote collaboration with cross-functional Internal Audit Group (IAG) teams.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on product development and process re-engineering.
• Issue accurate and precise audit reports with prioritized risks to senior management.
• Support IAG leadership in implementing strategic priorities and formulating agile approaches to emerging risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business domain.
• Additional audit qualifications such as CIA.
• Up to 10 years of internal audit or banking experience.
• Proven track record in a banking environment with exposure to multiple regulators.
• Specialized knowledge of various risks and their implications.
• Strong team leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a UAE National.
