About the Company
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works by identifying the best-performing doctors and using compelling incentives to steer members to high-quality care. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Central Region
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the 50 to 9,999 life segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
- Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and offer recommendations for improvement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership and management
- Proven track record of delivering against team quotas
- Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency engaging with AI tools to drive outcomes
