About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the largest pursuits as the CCIO's stand-in, from RFP to decision
- Shape solutions with sales and development leads, including scope, phasing and estimates
- Build go/no-go cases for new opportunities
- Lead the Experience Design practice across UX and UI delivery
- Run AI use cases across delivery and build AI-enabled client experiences
- Own the economics of design delivery, including utilization, margin and staffing
Requirements
- 10+ years leading experience design teams or a practice
- Track record of leading finalist presentations on $1M+ engagements
- Experience shipping enterprise experience design on a DXP
- Experience leading both UX and UI/visual design teams
- Demonstrated success embedding AI use cases into design practice
- Strong written communication

- Client executive references from competitively won engagements
