VP & Head of Business Finance Change Management - GM

Responsibilities

• Lead a techno-functional advisory team acting as a liaison between business groups including Global Markets, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, IT, and PMO
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to implement controls and increase operational efficiencies
• Devise solutions for implementing controls as part of tactical and strategic solutions for financial and management reporting
• Re-engineer processes to facilitate management and financial reporting and analysis
• Transform finance streams from cost centers to business drivers through collaboration with Global Markets teams
• Centralize system change requests for Product Control and Financial Control departments, including BRD review and UAT
• Manage change management team through validation processes, reconciliations, and gap identification
• Act as Product Owner, defining Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and managing stakeholder contributions
• Lead integration and migration activities for complex mergers and acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance
• 10-12 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable international or global bank
• Extensive track record of delivering techno-functional bank-wide projects
• Strong business acumen and technical expertise in systems and infrastructure
• Proven leadership and managerial experience in a top-tier institution
• Strong stakeholder management skills across GM Finance and IT
• Expertise in product management and agile delivery mindsets
• Highly developed numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills for senior stakeholder management
