About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance function supporting Mashreq's Financial Institutions (FI) business
- Support the strategic and operational finance agenda across FI in partnership with the Head of Financial Institutions and Group Head of CIBG
- Accountable for shared strategic priorities across Wholesale Banking, including digital programs and new product implementations
- Manage finance transformation projects such as WDS, Titan, Pulse, and other group-wide initiatives
- Service expanding institutional client base and enhance cross-border capabilities
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Extensive experience in Financial Institutions finance and Wholesale Banking
- Proven track record in leading strategic finance transformation projects
- Ability to work closely with key business and product stakeholders
