VP, Head of Marketing & Communication

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communication initiatives to support retail and institutional sales objectives
• Enhance brand visibility through consistent messaging, campaign management, and digital presence
• Coordinate product marketing, collateral development, and client communication
• Support events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to position FAB AM as a leading regional asset manager
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with CMA and ADGM regulatory requirements
• Liaise with Group Corporate Communications and Legal for brand alignment and approvals
• Maintain marketing budget tracking and efficient resource use
• Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen company identity and culture

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Expertise in marketing campaign execution
• Experience in product and brand communication
• Proficiency in creating marketing materials and collateral
• Experience managing digital and social media activities
• Experience with events and sponsorships
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and financial communication
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into engaging content
