About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and communication initiatives to support retail and institutional sales objectives
- Enhance brand visibility through consistent messaging, campaign management, and digital presence
- Coordinate product marketing, collateral development, and client communication
- Support events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to position FAB AM as a leading regional asset manager
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with CMA and ADGM regulatory requirements
- Liaise with Group Corporate Communications and Legal for brand alignment and approvals
- Maintain marketing budget tracking and efficient resource use
- Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen company identity and culture
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience
- Expertise in marketing campaign execution
- Experience in product and brand communication
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials and collateral
- Experience managing digital and social media activities
- Experience with events and sponsorships
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and financial communication
- Ability to translate complex investment concepts into engaging content
