About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage post-trade activities, fund accounting oversight, and client reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and operational integrity across investment products including funds and DPM
- Ensure timely execution of fund administration processes, trading restrictions, corporate actions, and reconciliations
- Liaise with external providers such as custodians, fund accountants, registrars, and brokers
- Support regulatory and financial reporting through data gathering and formatting
- Monitor and improve operational processes through automation and governance adherence
- Maintain full documentation of workflows, exception processes, and control points
Requirements
- 10-15 years of professional experience
- Expertise in Fund/DPM accounting
- Proficiency in post-trade processing and trade execution
- Experience with trading restriction implementation
- Skilled in third-party coordination with brokers and custodians
- Experience in client reporting and tax & fee processing
