About the role
Responsibilities
- Run the growth engine end-to-end including ABM, paid, digital, SEO, and lifecycle
- Own the named-account program and person-based plays against top carriers
- Define and manage the marketing-to-sales SLA
- Hire, develop, and lead a senior AI-first marketing team
- Instrument the ABM and attribution stack using data dashboards
- Drive category gravity through web, paid, and search presence
- Ensure compliance with carrier anti-bribery norms
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record running ABM/PBM programs against high-value accounts
- Fluency across the full integrated stack: paid, digital, SEO/AEO, events, and web
- Strong operating discipline and pipeline measurement
- Ability to lead and multiply a small senior team
- High ownership and a builder's appetite
