VP, International Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage MI reporting and drive financial performance for the International Banking Division
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and Business Finance functions to standardize MI reporting across products, segments, and countries
• Prepare and manage the monthly MI reporting cycle, including month-end actuals, budgets, and forecasts
• Act as the primary point of contact for MI governance, reporting automation, and system change projects
• Drive the annual budgeting process and implement a monthly rolling forecasting framework
• Provide strategic inputs during country and international business reviews
• Support regional and country finance projects as needed

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Finance or FP&A within the banking sector
• Degree or professional qualifications such as ACA, CPA, or MBA
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Accounting or Tax qualification
• General corporate tax and Transfer pricing experience
• Knowledge of IT systems and tax accounting software
• Work experience across multiple countries
