About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a holistic Learning strategy covering behavioral and technical needs
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and design innovative training solutions
- Develop and implement technology-enabled learning solutions and content
- Manage and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem globally
- Strategically plan annual budgets and L&D calendars for assigned groups
- Deliver mandatory, regulatory, and competency-based development programs
- Establish in-house online content development capabilities
- Report learning metrics to senior management and regulatory authorities
- Lead and implement digital and AI learning technologies across the bank
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 15 years of Learning and Development experience
- Expertise in training needs analysis, solution deployment, and learning impact evaluation
- Experience in E-Learning development and Learning Administration management
- Proficiency in learning assessment authoring tools and LMS administration
- Subject matter expertise in instructional design and ROI evaluation methods
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading global remote teams across multiple countries
- Advanced technical acumen in learning systems and AI-enabled technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the banking and finance industry
- Qualifications in learning and development quality standards such as ISO 29990
