VP, Marketing & Comms

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events
• Define brand vision and ensure a cohesive narrative across Ren, RCF, and AEF
• Convert brand trust into a growing pipeline of stakeholders and partners
• Design nurture and lifecycle programs for advisors and donors
• Oversee paid media investment and amplification to drive cost efficiencies
• Own website content and performance, including SEO and AI-driven discovery
• Develop and oversee PR strategy and agency management
• Establish brand as a category leader in philanthropy

Requirements

• 15+ years in marketing and/or brand
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people
• Track record building a metrics-driven culture with an appetite for testing and experimentation
• Experience developing KPI frameworks that connect marketing to business outcomes
• Elite writer and communicator with strong presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree required
