VP of Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis (FP&A) function, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning
• Partner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to execute financial strategies
• Lead IPO readiness, including S-1 preparation and internal controls development
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team
• Oversee capital allocation, cash flow management, and financial risk mitigation
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
• Support fundraising and investor relations efforts

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven experience leading FP&A and taking a company through a successful IPO or public filing
• Track record of capital raising through private equity, venture capital, or public markets
• Deep understanding of corporate finance and healthcare financial metrics
• Experience with financial systems implementation and process optimization
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
