About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle from first touch to retained, repeat customer
- Set the growth agenda for the business and build the team and infrastructure to execute against it
- Lead a team spanning new customer acquisition, ecommerce, and retention
- Oversee TikTok Shop and all new customer acquisition channels
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive growth and inspire cross-functional collaboration
- Represent growth as a core pillar in company-wide strategy and investment decisions
- Build and maintain a high-performing marketing team
