VP of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and own the demand generation engine with measured pipeline contribution
• Own marketing strategy from channel mix through lead volume, quality, and conversion
• Lead and grow the marketing function as it scales
• Own association and events channels as a lead generation source
• Build an ROI-led content and thought leadership program
• Partner with the Head of Growth and commercial team on pipeline goals
• Own brand positioning and messaging across web, content, and events
• Build marketing measurement connecting campaigns to revenue outcomes
• Evaluate and stand up marketing technology and process

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, 2-3 years in senior leadership
• Track record building and scaling demand generation
• Experience building a marketing function from an early-stage base
• B2B SaaS or healthcare technology background
• Strong people leadership
• Comfortable at a fast-growing venture-backed startup
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior living, long-term care, or adjacent healthcare services experience
• Thought-leadership-led marketing in relationship-driven industries
