About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the revenue engine including Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Support
- Drive forecast accuracy (±10%) and pipeline discipline
- Manage Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and gross churn reduction
- Lead enterprise expansion and ensure revenue visibility across the organization
- Transition the company from founder-led growth to a predictable revenue machine
Requirements
- Experience scaling a $5M–$15M ARR SaaS company
- Proven track record of cleaning up CRMs and improving forecast accuracy
- Experience reducing churn in usage-based SaaS models
- Ability to work directly with a driven founder in a high-growth environment
- Strong obsession with numbers and revenue metrics
