About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of Vida's Payer segments
- Seek new client partnerships with health plans nationwide, focusing on Medicare Advantage
- Build and manage the entire business development pipeline
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders across regional and national health plans
- Contribute to Vida's payer and PBM strategy
- Collaborate across the organization on new market opportunities and product development initiatives
Requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketplace and challenges faced by payers and PBMs
- Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business
- Credible leader with sales skills to engage with clinical and business executives at health plans, PBMs, consultants, and employers
- Passion for mission of providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes at scale
