About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive leader for large, complex healthcare partnerships
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and health system leaders
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve revenue cycle performance and patient financial experience
- Lead executive business reviews and transformational initiatives
- Develop high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of excellence
- Influence enterprise-wide decisions through data and analytics
Requirements
- 7+ years of executive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Deep expertise in Patient Access, HIM, Mid-Revenue Cycle, Denials, and Business Office functions
- 7+ years of success leading large, complex healthcare partnerships and organizations
- Strong business acumen and analytical capability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CRCR certification preferred
