About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reputation-enhancing initiatives strengthening Mashreq's positioning
- Monitor reputation trends, stakeholder perceptions, and emerging issues
- Partner with Head of Corporate Communications on issues management
- Develop executive positioning and thought leadership programmes for senior leadership
- Identify leadership visibility opportunities through forums, speaking engagements, and events
- Develop and execute corporate awards strategy across regional and international platforms
- Lead major award submissions and manage nominations for senior leaders and the brand
- Track industry recognition and benchmark performance against competitors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related
- 12-15 years in corporate communications, reputation management, or PR
- Strong experience in corporate reputation programmes and senior leadership profiling
- Excellent English and Arabic writing, editing, and communication skills
- Understanding of regional media, business, and stakeholder landscapes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or large corporate organisations
