VP & Senior Audit Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead audits covering Risk and Global Markets activities across the FAB Group
• Establish the risk universe for internal audit and provide inputs for the annual risk-based internal audit plan
• Evaluate controls to ensure bank assets are safeguarded in line with Group Fraud Risk Management Policy
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for junior colleagues and UAE National staff
• Conduct audits of ERM processes to assess governance, risk management, and control effectiveness
• Draft and finalize audit worksheets and reports within established timelines
• Act as an Audit Business Partner for Line Managers within ERM teams to identify emerging risks
• Monitor financial performance of assigned areas against budgets and report variances

Requirements

• Associate Chartered Accountant qualification
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 3-5 years post-qualification experience in Internal Audit, Market Risk, Middle Office, Product Control, or Operations
• Experience within an international or large regional bank in Treasury, Trading, or Global Markets
• Detailed understanding of Treasury and Global Markets business and support functions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Professional English report writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or FRM certification
• CIA certification
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
• Background in control functions
