About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the integration of the securities trading business into the bank's Global Financial Market operations
- Lead or support key projects including market initiatives, trading platforms, and reporting systems
- Develop and manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Manage vendor contractors and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and senior management
- Drive strategic cost management and annual budget planning
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience with equity-based products
- At least 3 years in project management
- Proven experience in large-scale business integration or process transformations
- Strong understanding of securities trading flow, systems, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
