About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide corporate secretarial support to DBS group entities in Hong Kong
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Ordinance, Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance, and Business Registration Ordinance
- Support Directors in fulfilling their statutory duties and complying with disclosure obligations
- Facilitate the Board of Directors' decision making and implementation of corporate strategies
- Maintenance of statutory records and safekeeping of other corporate documents
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of solid corporate secretarial experience with large corporations in Hong Kong
- Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to DBS HK group entities
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Associate/Fellow member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute or legal practitioner is preferred
