Waiter

Responsibilities

• Maintain LQA service standards and handle food and beverage service professionally
• Utilize POS systems for sales, printing checks, and cash-out procedures
• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, table settings, and station stocking
• Assist in training colleagues and acting as a role model for service standards
• Conduct equipment and beverage inventories to ensure accuracy
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficiency with IT systems and POS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-excellence environment
• Fluency in English
