Waiter

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with table turnover

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a cafe or restaurant environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, guest-first attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
