Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and guide them through the food and beverage offering
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and make confident recommendations
• Deliver dishes to correct seat numbers and introduce components
• Stay current on menu, specials, and guest allergies
• Prepare and settle bills accurately and handle payments
• Maintain mise en place, cleanliness, and floor awareness
• Follow food-safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
• Support colleagues and help coach new joiners
• Communicate guest feedback to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume casual or upscale-casual full-service restaurants
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and upselling skills
• Ability to stay calm and accurate under pressure
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Right to work in the United Arab Emirates
