About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service to all guests
- Present menu items, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
- Handle customer orders, payments, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
