Waitress

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the designated station
• Ensure impeccable service and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
• Attend pre-service briefings and set up mise en place
• Take beverage orders and ensure smooth flow of checks
• Maintain a stocked and tidy station
• Communicate clearly with the team and respond proactively to guest queries
• Serve food and beverages according to guest needs
• Perform restaurant opening and closing duties
• Assist in planning and running functions and events

Requirements

• 1-2 years of international Waiter/Waitress experience in high-profile or 5* hotel environments
• High School Diploma or Catering school Diploma preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
• Strong organizational and communication skills
