About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards, policy, and etiquette
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials
- Anticipate and service guest requirements proactively
- Ensure service stations are constantly cleared and re-stocked
- Follow HACCP and FIFO standards for food safety
- Handle financial procedures according to department guidelines
- Report guest feedback and maintenance issues through the proper systems
- Maintain correct grooming standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
