About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and develop new B2B customers across security, construction, facilities, hospitality, logistics and industrial sectors
- Arrange client visits, needs-assessment meetings and product presentations
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification to order closure and delivery coordination
- Identify project opportunities, RFQs and tenders and coordinate submissions
- Maintain and grow existing accounts and maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
Requirements
- Relevant B2B, field sales or business development experience
- Proven prospecting and commercial negotiation skills
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable with regular customer visits across the UAE
- English proficiency and working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government or institutional customers and tenders
- Knowledge of two-way radio products; Arabic is a plus
