Wealth Management Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Acquire new affluent clients through cross-selling, referrals, and personal business contacts
• Provide appropriate wealth management products and services based on client needs
• Conduct financial needs analysis and planning to offer banking, insurance, and investment solutions
• Update clients on product/market information and account status to increase product penetration
• Comply with all regulatory requirements including KYC, FNA, and AML standards
• Adhere to bank policies, security, and internal monitoring procedures

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Business or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of consumer banking sales experience, ideally in high-end client service
• Must be registered RI (Type 1 & 4) and pass HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8
• Must be registered TR and pass IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, and 5
• Ability to identify potential clients and increase AUM and CASA AUM
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive activities
• Deep insight into client acquisition in China, Taiwan, or Asian markets
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
