About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire new high net-worth customers and solicit business opportunities through proactive cross-selling, referrals and personal business connections
- Identify customer needs through financial analysis and deliver customer-focused banking and wealth management solutions
- Collaborate with product specialists to offer professional advice to meet customers' investment goals
- Grow and maximize revenue potential by building strong customer relationships
- Meet all licensing requirements including HKSI and IIQE exams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in investment and insurance products
- Qualified to carry out Insurance and Investment regulated activities
- Sound knowledge of banking, wealth management and insurance products (equities, unit trust, bonds, treasury)
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data
- Degree holder in related disciplines preferred
- Certified Retail Wealth Professional or HKIB Certified Banker preferred
