Responsibilities
- Design full Shopify redesigns focused on conversion
- Design A/B test variants quickly and cleanly
- Design landing pages for paid traffic
- Translate CRO strategy into clear, usable designs
- Collaborate with CRO specialists, PMs, developers, copywriters, and media buyers
Requirements
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience designing for eCommerce stores
- Understanding of CRO and UX principles
- Agency experience
- Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused work
- Ability to work with speed and high attention to quality
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
