Wellbeing Associate Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review charity-related requests and prepare staff employee profiles
• Execute charity committee decisions regarding payments
• Conduct staff wellbeing draws, raffles, and competitions
• Manage the Umra Trip program including announcements, eligibility, draws, and visa requirements
• Prepare and analyze quarterly turnover reports and employee experience summaries
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management to enhance retention
• Coordinate logistics and communications for staff wellbeing campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct meetings with departments to assess employee needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in staff health and wellbeing, customer engagement, or experience development
• Proven track record in driving employee engagement strategies
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Employee Engagement, sustainability, social sciences, banking, or a relevant field
• Strong communication and marketing skills to promote wellness initiatives
• Beginner-level leadership and strategic planning skills
• Ability to handle sensitive cases with resilience, empathy, and discretion
• Understanding of human resources sustainability
