Women's Health Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles
• Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ACNM, and other specialty talent resources
• Review resumes and initiate personalized outreach
• Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Build and nurture candidate pipelines
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and escalate concerns to leadership
• Deliver hiring status reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting CNMs and WHNPs preferred
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Greenhouse experience a plus)
• Experience with Google Suite
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using multiple hiring tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
