Women's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth for perinatal and peri/menopause patients
• Complete pre-conception medication consultations and psycho-education
• Perform asynchronous caseload consultations and review clinical information to provide treatment recommendations
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of visits
• Oversee assigned patient caseload using the FamilyWell registry and prioritize patients for review
• Provide educational support to the care team on diagnosing and managing behavioral health conditions
• Be available for ad hoc consultations to OB providers during normal business hours

Requirements

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in Indiana with independent practice authority
• Active DEA license and unrestricted ANCC Nurse Practitioner certification
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, solution-focused attitude with ability to synthesize medical and psychiatric data
• Passion for improving perinatal and perimenopause mental healthcare delivery
• Experience or interest in perinatal or perimenopause mental health and collaborative care
