About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality, including tenant setup and business process security
- Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules
- Design and maintain comprehensive user-friendly quick reference guides and instructional materials
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Workday experience or training preferred
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration and maintenance
- Strong analytical ability to solve business and technical problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
