About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform Active Directory Domain Administration including support for in-flight DC migrations
- Manage Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for identity and access issues
- Handle Active Directory Identity and Group Management
- Manage identity lifecycles using tools like IdentityNow Sailpoint and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
- Support high-severity issues via on-call rotation
Requirements
- Expertise in Active Directory Domain Administration
- Experience with DC migrations and GPO management
- Proficiency in Tier 3 troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management
- Experience with IdentityNow Sailpoint or Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours
- Fluency in English
