Workplace Engineering Track Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform Active Directory Domain Administration including support for in-flight DC migrations
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for identity and access issues
• Handle Active Directory Identity and Group Management
• Manage identity lifecycles using tools like IdentityNow Sailpoint and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
• Support high-severity issues via on-call rotation

Requirements

• Expertise in Active Directory Domain Administration
• Experience with DC migrations and GPO management
• Proficiency in Tier 3 troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management
• Experience with IdentityNow Sailpoint or Microsoft Identity Management (MIM)
• Ability to work Eastern Time hours
• Fluency in English
