About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for yacht operating, maintenance, and crew expenses
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and timely vendor payments
- Coordinate with yacht management teams on financial and operational planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least five years of yacht or luxury asset accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, with Zoho and Microsoft 365 experience
- Knowledge of maritime financial practices, tax regulations and reporting
